Chantilly, VA – 15 January 2102: Hari Polu, President, OKOS Solutions, LLC, today announced he has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Acquisition Logic (ADACQ Systems), a privately held company headquartered in Virginia, USA. Acquisition Logic is a global leader in data acquisition products tailored for communications and non-destructive testing applications. The acquisition is anticipated to close by February 01, 2012. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Hari Polu co-founded Acquisition Logic (ADACQ Systems) in December 2000 to meet a growing demand for custom high performance digitizers and successfully managed it until 2006 before founding OKOS.

Merging Acquisition Logic intellectual property and products allows commercial and government customers to benefit from cost effective high performance Acoustic Microscopy and Non-Destructive solutions. We look forward to working closely with Acquisition Logic customers to ensure a smooth transition.
